Singer-songwriter Minami and rapper/track maker Staxx T made a new group, CREAM. A multi-unit of a vocal and an MC, they focus on the mainstream and cover Hip Hop, Pop, and Reggaeton creating NEW J-POP, a sound not found elsewhere.
Individually, they are featured by AKLO, JAZEE MINOR, KOWICHI, DJ RYOW, DJ PMX, TERIYAKI BOYZ®, VERBAL, and DJ DECKSTREAM as well as providing music to artists such as Namie Amuro, m-flo, SWAY, DOBERMAN INFINITY, LOL, Chanmina, BoA, NEWS, V6, Hey! Say! JUMP, JASMINE, and Sayaka Shionoya. They are also actively working as music creators.
They made a YouTube Channel called CREAM VISION, where they continue uploading a wide range of selections that include original music, live footage, covers of famous songs, and remixes. They have 57 million total views, 180,000 channel subscribers, and they are getting more each day.
On January 23rd, 2013, they had 11 tie-ups with TV stations/satellite broadcasting stations, 20 powerplays with radio stations all over Japan, and after the pre-release of Shooting Star, their lead single that ranked No.1 on the USEN HIT J-POP ranking, they made a major debut with their album DREAMIN' on February 27th, 2013.
They were also ranked No. 1 on the overall iTunes Charts and they went ahead to hold the release tour, DREAMIN', visiting 24 cities and doing 29 performances in Japan. On July 17th of the same year, they performed at Summer music festivals throughout Japan in 11 venues like Summer Sonic, TOKAI SUMMIT, and TOKAI SUMMIT with their summer anthem Wonderland, which incorporated EDM excellently. When they released their second single, medium tempo ballad, Beautiful, they performed at the end of the year count-down live featuring a projection map of Osaka castle. They held over 100 live performances that year.
On April 30th, 2014, they released their long-awaited second album, #nofilter. The first solo tours featuring the album were sold out in all venues. Their first Asian tours were also a success and they are working more and more overseas. On September 17th, they released their new song, STAY, a sentimental EDM for rental and streaming only. On December 17th, they released a world-class EDM, Eternally, a song about living "now" believing in friendships despite anxieties in an event-mini-album featuring winter songs, WINTER MIX 2014-2015, for rental only versions and streaming.
In 2015, Sayaka Shionoya collaborated with them in "Imamo feat. CREAM." Their scope of activities became even broader. They released the love at first sight R&B that pulled off 450,000 views on YouTube, 54321, on November 4th of the same year. On December 9th, they released a remix for streaming, CHANGE(143 Remix), by produced unit 143 with three members: DJ FUMI★YEAH!, DJ YU-KI, and BABY-T. From November 2015 to February 2016, they performed at 16 venues throughout Japan in CREAM “CHANGE” CLUB TOUR 2015-2016. At the end of the year, they performed at rockin' on presents COUNTDOWN JAPAN 15/16.
On February 3, 2016, they released their long-awaited 3rd album, CHANGE. It is a wok featuring famous stars. The album's lead song CHANGE is a middle tempo EDM produced together with Giorgio13 while Thelma Aoyama and JESSE (RIZE, The BONEZ) performed as guests. From March, they went on solo tours in 7 venues throughout Japan. The final performance was in Tokyo, where many famous guest artists, dancers, and bands participated. The concert was a great success.
On June 29th, 2016, they released a digital single, "One Last Kiss." In November, they held CREAM One Man -2016A/W- performing in 4 venues throughout Japan.
On January 1st, 2017, they released their best album, CREAM THE BEST. On April 26th, they released their 4th album, BLACK.
From June 27th, 2018, with the advance streaming of the first stream, Kissing Pt.2, they released songs for the new album for 13 weeks in a row. Then on September 19th, they released their new album, Sounds Good. From November, they performed solo tours, Sounds Good Club Tour 2018, in 6 venues throughout Japan.
As CREAM, they produced the song, MON5TERS, from DOBERMAN INFINITY's 3rd album, OFF ROAD. Their activities became even more vitalized.
On December 14th, 2018, they collaborated with t-Ace to release the song PLAYBOY Remix feat. t-Ace and recorded No. 1 on the LINE MUSIC Real-Time Ranking. The music video they released later was a great hit with 1 million views in a month after the release.
In March 2019, they held solo tours in Tokyo and Osaka, CREAM CITY 2 CITY TOUR 2019. The super packed audience went wild.
On May 15th, they released a digital single, BANANA.
They ranked No.1 on charts across the board: LINE MUSIC Weekly Chart, Daily Chart, AWA Real-Time Hot Ranking, iTunes Hip Hop Ranking, and iTunes Ringtone/Alert Tone Ranking.
They also became the first Asian artist to collaborate with SPRAYGROUND, a New York bag brand that consistently produces original designs. Two types of bags sold in limited quantities were sold out in an instant.
Currently, they are performing live in all prefectures across Japan.

Staxx T - Rapper, Producer, Lyricist, Composer & Arrangement Artist
Staxx T - Rapper/Track Maker Z BEATZ Staxx T was born and raised in Osaka, Japan. He started playing the piano at a very young age, and thanks to the influence of his parents, grew up listening to soul music. Staxx T first came in contact with Hip Hop at the age of 15. Soon after, he started to self-produce songs and was featured in Hip Hop fashion magazine TIGHT. Later, he modeled for other Hip Hop fashion magazines including 411. In 2005, he entered a live battle contest, hosted/sponsored by DJ Masterkey/Coca Cola and took first place in the MC/Vocal department. His talent as a lyricist is well acknowledged as he was invited to write for numerous artists, including TERIYAKI BOYZ, V6, m-flo, and so on.
Minami - Singer/ Song Writer
Minami was born in Hong Kong and raised in Kobe, Japan. Minami is bilingual and speaks both English and Japanese.
Minami's career as a song writer began when she received an offer from VERBAL (m-flo), who at the time was producing BoA's single, “BUMP BUMP! feat. VERBAL (m-flo)”. She took that opportunity to develop her skill as a song writer and continues to write for a wide variety of artists including Kylie Minogue, m-flo, Namie Amuro, BoA, etc.
Minami was also featured as a composer and vocalist by the TERIYAKI BOYZ® and m-flo
